Chicken-Raspberry Salad 1 ½ c whole grain rotini pasta, uncooked 1 bag mixed salad greens 2 c cooked & cubed chicken 1 package fresh raspberries Lite raspberry vinaigrette dressing Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, pasta, and chicken. Toss with vinaigrette dressing. Gently mix in raspberries. Back to Health page |
