Cran-Apple Chicken 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 c fresh or frozen cranberries (may substitute dried cranberries) 1 green apple, peeled, cored, and sliced 1 T brown sugar (may use less if using cranberries) 1 c unsweetened apple juice Place chicken in crockpot. Spring with cranberries and apples. Mix brown sugar and apple juice. Pour over chicken and fruit. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Back to Health page |
