Healthy Recipes From First United Methodist Church
Taco Soup  (Weight Watchers Points: 4 per cup without chips)

Brown in skillet, then put in crockpot:
1 lb. lean hamburger (I use 96% lean, 4% fat)
1 onion, chopped

Add:
1 can corn, undrained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can beans, undrained
1 pkg. Taco seasoning

Cook for several hours.

Serve as soup with sour cream (fat free),
2% Kraft grated cheese, and green onions. 
Or serve as dip (if cooked until thicker) with tortillia chips or corn chips.
