- Keep your distance from people with the flu

anit-oxidants (fruits and veggies that are red, yellow, orange, blue,
purple and green)
- Drinks lots of water daily
- Get adequate sleep
- Keep stress levels low
- Cover coughs and sneezes
- Use a humidifier to keep the air and your nasal passages
