The FUMC Children's Program helps children develop a personal relationship with God while making lasting friendships. Our various children and family activities encourage children to develop the attributes of Galatians 5:22-23.... "But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things." |

Opportunities for fellowship and spiritual growth for children at FUMC include: |
Sunday School - Sunday mornings from 9:15-10:20am Our teachers are loving and caring adults who want to share God's love with children. We use the Cokesbury curriculum. LIVE B.I.G. Our 3-5 year old class is on the main level at the north end of the hallway. Our 1-5 graders are on the second floor and begin with breakfast in the Watering Hole Cafe, and then break into age level groups. Please join us anytime! |
Halftime - Wednesday Evenings, 8 weeks in the spring and fall (Check the church calendar for dates and times.) A mid-week fellowship with singing, activities, and a Bible lesson. this program is a special opportunity to reconnect with friends while growing in our Christian faith during the week. Our themes change each session and are relevant to children's spiritual growth. |
Acolytes Acolytes are 3-5 graders who are interested in helping with the worship services. These children are trained and dedicated to carry in and out the light of Christ during both worship services. If you would be interested in serving Christ and the church as an acolyte, please contact the office. |
